Computational biology involves the development and application of data-analytical and theoretical methods, mathematical modelling and computational simulation techniques to the study of biological, ecological, behavioral, and social systems. The field is broadly defined and includes foundations in biology, applied mathematics, statistics, biochemistry, chemistry, biophysics, molecular biology, genetics, genomics, computer science, ecology, and evolution, but is most commonly thought of as the intersection of computer science, biology, and big data.

Research
Research interests lie at the intersection of Computation and Biology. We develop Probabilistic Models and Statistical Inference Algorithms for solving computational problems in different fields of Biology including Tumor biology, Developmental biology, Single-cell biology and so on
Tools
The different tools that come as biproduct of our research. These tools can be used directly out of the self. The tools like MARGRET, scDREAMER and so on
Team
Our team include students from Ph.D, Btech, MTech, MS-Resaerch from IIT Kanpur and others. Our team members are experties in their own fields. Meet our team
